Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days of when the order is placed, excluding weekends. Orders received after 5:00pm Mountain Time will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped by USPS, our preferred carrier.

All orders over $50.00 include free economy shipping.  

 

 

Damages & Shipping Delays

KayfabeOnline (also known as KayfabeCards) is not liable for any products damaged, or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged or lost, please contact the carrier (USPS) to file a claim. 

KayfabeOnline is not liable for any shipping delays due to inclement weather, holidays or other supply chain disruptions. Please contact USPS and refer to their shipping policy for further information.
