Return and Refund Policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to return your items to us for any reason, excluding sealed trading card game products. Your satisfaction is our guarantee! 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@kayfabeonline.com or reach out to us on our Contact Us page. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Questions about your return? You can always contact us with questions at sales@kayfabeonline.com

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the status of your refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges 
Unfortunately, we are not currently offering exchanges. Please follow the returns process outlined above and then place a new order to receive a substitute product. 

Trading Card Products
Unfortunately, due to the nature of sealed trading card products, we cannot accept returns on these items. Trading cards products often contain randomized products of differing rarity, and as such all sales for trading card products are final.
